Marvel Stoneaura ships handcrafted marble decor from our studio in Udaipur, Rajasthan, to customers across the United States and to countries around the world, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. Because every piece is cut, carved, and polished from natural stone, shipping it internationally takes a little more care than a standard parcel, from how we pack each item to how customs works once it reaches your country. This guide covers exactly what to expect, from checkout to your doorstep, wherever that doorstep is.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, as well as European Union countries including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain, and select countries across the UAE and wider Gulf region. If your country isn't listed here, get in touch through our Contact page  we're regularly adding new destinations and can often arrange a custom quote for locations outside our standard shipping list.

How We Package Fragile Marble for Long-Distance Shipping

Every piece is individually wrapped by hand in protective padding, cushioned inside a fitted box, and, for larger items like serving trays and tabletops, reinforced with a custom-built wooden crate for the outer journey. International orders are packed with additional interior padding to account for longer transit times and extra handling. Every shipment is insured, so if something arrives damaged, you're covered under our damage protection policy: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Most international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country's customs authority. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping cost shown at checkout, and, unless your order confirmation states otherwise, they're the responsibility of the recipient, collected by the courier or your local customs office on arrival. Because these fees vary by country and by the declared value of your order, we recommend checking your local customs authority's website for current rates before ordering if you'd like to know the exact amount in advance.

We declare all shipments accurately and provide the documentation customs offices require, so delays are rare, but they can occasionally happen during customs processing, this is outside of our control once the package leaves India.

International Payments

You can view prices in your local currency, including GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, and AED , using the currency selector at the top of any page, and pay securely by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Tracking Your International Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. International shipments are handed off to a local delivery partner in your country for the final leg of delivery, so you may see the tracking carrier change partway through, this is normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it with our carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges on International Orders

International returns work the same way as domestic ones: contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's a problem with your order. Because return shipping across borders can be slow and costly, we generally resolve international issues through photos and a replacement or refund rather than asking you to ship the item back, this is decided case by case depending on the issue. If you simply change your mind about a custom or made-to-order piece, note that these are usually not eligible for return, so it's worth reaching out with any questions before you order.

Why International Shipping Costs More Than Domestic

US shipping is free because we've built that cost into our standard pricing for domestic orders. International shipping involves a longer transit distance, customs processing, and handoff to a local delivery partner in your country, all of which add real cost, which is why it's calculated separately at checkout rather than offered free. We keep it as close to our actual cost as possible rather than marking it up.
