All sales are final,  because every piece is one of a kind

Each item is uniquely hand-carved from natural stone, which means no two pieces are identical. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, we make it right,  no questions asked within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged on arrival? Here's what to do

Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging, then contact us at mehtaavi12@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll assess the situation and offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We stand behind every piece we ship.

🪨 How we pack fragile marble

Marble is heavy and fragile. We've developed a multi-layer packaging process to make sure your piece arrives exactly as it left our workshop.

Individual bubble wrap

Each piece is wrapped multiple times in thick bubble wrap, with extra protection around edges and carved details.

Double-box method

The wrapped item goes into an inner box, which is then placed inside a larger outer box,  cushioned with foam peanuts or corrugated inserts.

Fragile labeling

Every box is clearly marked "Fragile,  Handle With Care" and "This Side Up" on all sides.

Secure taping & sealing

Boxes are sealed with reinforced packing tape to prevent shifting or opening during transit.

Frequently asked questions

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes! We ship to all 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska and also in other countries. Standard free shipping applies, though delivery may take a few days longer than the continental US estimate. Express shipping is also available for an additional fee.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at mehtaavi12@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.
Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your piece all the way to your door.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom and bespoke pieces require 3–4 weeks of production time, after which standard shipping timelines apply. We'll update you at every stage so you always know where your order stands.

My country isn't listed at checkout , can you still ship to me?

Absolutely. Email us at mehtaavi12@gmail.com with your location and the items you're interested in, and we'll calculate shipping costs for you.
