Returns & Refunds
- Our order processing time is 1- 5 working days after you place an order. Customised order takes 3- 4 weeks to prepare, and we will update you on shipping.
- We offer Free Standard Shipping to the U.S., and delivery is estimated to take 7 to 15 business days.
- Express shipping is also available at an additional cost. (US$30 for Express shipping, each additional item will add to US$10)
- If your country is not listed at checkout, please get in touch with us at mehtaavi12@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the shipping rates.
- As our items are fragile, we do not accept returns.
- If you receive a damaged item, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Customs Duties & Taxes
- Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges.
- Buyers should check with their country’s customs office for details on any applicable duties or taxes.
